Just Be You
I like geometric shapes. I added a bit MORE on this
card by doodling around each shape with my trusty
pilot pen. I like to doodle.

Here is how it looked before I jazzed it up.
A lot LESS without the black contrast.
I like both versions but I will let you decide for yourself.
What do you think?
This is my entry to Simply Less is Moore.
I'm think I love how the black makes the whole card pop...fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI like the pen version....still not too much, in my opinion!
ReplyDeleteHow cool and funky!
ReplyDeleteSo effective!
I'm impressed at your drawing skills.
Slightly deviated from our sketch however. Great to see you Cynthia
Thank you very much

ReplyDeleteHow do you pull off such a card, I'll tell you why because you are so talented. Cards such as these are not the easiest to make as there's nowhere to hide any errors.
You might imagine I prefer the initial stage without the pen, soft muted colours but the pen transforms it completely and makes it so funky.

Wow, what a difference a doodle makes! It really makes the shapes pop.

I agree with Lynne! Pure talent. You did that all freehand? Amazing.
ReplyDeleteI prefer the shapes sketched in with the black pen, but think the plain ink sentiment is easier to read and more effective!

Wunderschön. Ich kann mich nicht entscheiden, welche mir besser gefällt, jede Karte hat auf ihre eigene Art etwas.
