This is great Cynthia! The weaving of lights and darks throughout create a real rhythm and keep your eye moving around the painting. Great composition! :)

Oo yum! I love them, and love your sketch...perfect!! It's very hot here in las Vegas upper 90's F and Seattle is enjoying sunshine too but only in the 70'sF. I like that better! Counting the days!
Adding more heat to the fire: You sure know how to wield a paint brush. The peppers are filled with dimension. But you gave just as much attention to the shadows; you made them lovely.
