A watercolor inspired by the silent movie actress Louise Brooks.
The assignment at Daily Paintworks is to use the same reference and
create two different paintings. Neither of these little pieces look like Louise
but I changed the format on the second one and also gave her an asian looking
eyeform. I am working on number three and four right now. One with a closed
eye and the other with a smiling mouth. This is actually a fun assignment.

Oh my goodness. You do know of course that this is my era. I can definitely see the reference to Ms Brooks and I could definitely see this in my Boudoir lol.
