Paint Party Giveaway

Time for a giveaway.

Here is a fabulous little book with watercolors by
Not only is she a talented artist but also a wonderful
teacher.
The motifs include some landscapes, blooms, people and a few
still life.
There are many examples of watercolor negative painting techniques
which all watercolorists can truly appreciate.  Included are some thought
provoking quotes too.  The book is in German but art is a universal
language and I know any watercolorist from anywhere in the world
would be inspired by her work.

If you love watercolor then you need to win this little book.

I also have a few German art magazines as a second giveaway.

If you would like to win either of these little surprises then just
leave me a comment by Midnight, Central European Time
 on Sunday 21 October.
My studio assistant Lars will pick two winners.

Don´t forget, Lars will also throw in some German
chocolate to sweeten up your prize.

I am sharing this with Paint Party Friday.

Before you leave, scroll down or click here to say hello to Lars.....
he doesn´t bite.

  2. Wonderful, Cynthia. The book looks like something we could all gain knowledge from. And the magazines too. I'll go visit Lars now, but I don't think I could influence him to draw my name. do you?

  6. A lovely giveaway Cynthia! I have water colors, paper & pencils, but I haven't really painted that much the last few years ... I've thought of taking aquarelle watercolor class - The best thing to do would be just to find my colors and start painting :)
    Enjoy the weekend:)

I could never have your talent as a watercolour artist but I have to say it is something I would like to delve into again as it has been too long a time.

  11. I always buy art books when I travel. Can't necessarily read the text, but you are right, art needs no translation.
