Flower Garden II

Joy II

Another in the set of Flower Garden cards.

The button was sewn onto the card by knotting
the metallic thread in front of the button which
gives it a fluffy, flowering look made out of
the thin thread. If you missed the first in this
garden series you can see it here.

You may also remember the flower I made out
of gold thread on this tag.

We have finally gotten some decent rain so
my flower garden is thriving. Maybe you are
out working in your garden on this beautiful
Saturday.

This is my entry for Theme Thursday.

I absolutely love your painted, collage style nature cards and the quotes. You are inspiring me to use more words and quotes in my artwork, something I tend to overlook.

Comments and followers is still a problem. Blogger really is slow to fix these issues! I am not surprised about you being asked to be a guest designer, because this is just so lovely and soft! Have a great weekend!

Another beauty of yours...the button with the thread is a wonderful detail.
I was indeed in the garden yesterday, friday we had a lot of strong thunderstorms with hail, and there was quite a lot of cleaning up the day after the storm, but thank god for the rain, everything was SO dry!
