Lago di Garda

Lago di Garda
Many vacationers head south to Italy at this time of year.

This was painted to the music of birds chirping, bees
buzzing, the sun shining and a gentle breeze blowing.
A lovely tune to paint by,,,,don´t you think?

This is my entry to Daily Paintworks and Crazy Amigos.

May I come sit by you? I promise, I will not talk! Very lovely, Cynne! Such a beautiful pic you've painted, not only in reality, but also with the words you've used to describe your setting!

Beautiful painting! Wasn't that such a fun challenge. Couldn't help but notice your Schmincke paints. I paint primarily with them. I bought them when I lived in Germany.

This really lovely. A fantastic hot image. Our summer in the UK is not hot at all. Oh well we can dream with hot images!

Oh that sounds heavenly! I love drawings that evoke these memories every time you look at them. I must do some painting from life again. I love to lose myself in the moment like this. :) xx

Cynthia, this is so charming! I can certainly feel the sun and I'm pretty sure I hear the symphony of birds. I really like how the edges softly fade.

wonderful piece, I love the thought of it being painted to the song of summer birds.

The light breeze is the best part isn't it. Enjoyed your bound journal below as well. So nice to visit here again and sit in your breeze-way. :)
