Long time no see.
I have been having lots of fun painting lots of watercolors since last checking in here.
I thought it about time I do a post considering I forgot my password and had to
look it up.
This piece was inspired by a foto from a very talented watercolorist, Anita Ulrich.
Considering the fact that a Eucalyptus tree has hundreds of leaves... I used that
foto as my inspiration to paint random negative leaves a layer at a time...
All I need to do is take the tape off, sign it and get it in a frame.
What have you been up to lately? Hope all is well.
I am sharing this with Paint Party Friday.

You're back!!! So good to see Galerie 46 pop up in the sidebar of my craft blog. No masking fluid? I'm impressed. What a lovely image, Cynnie.

absolutely gorgeous and grat to see you back
This is so bizarre because earlier in the week, for some reason, you popped into my head and I was wondering if all was okay with your life and then today, sifting through my e-mail I read a comment from you!
Oh this is so special, I am sure I can reach out and touch those leaves. You may have been absent but time well spent away from blogland because I am transfixed by your watercolour skills.
LOL - yes, I have been doing so well with Stampington & co, beyond any expectations I could ever have dreamt up.
It is a dreich day (!), cold, grey and wet. I have been absent myself every now and then but I am so glad I managed to catch-up today.

It's gorgeous!!!!!!!!! eucalyptus trees always make me think of Brazil, where we had some real big ones on the farm, and my mother making tea of the leaves... for when we had a cold or so...
WOW!!! This is gorgeous! I have been MIA for awhile as well! So good to see your work once again!
Hugs!!!

I absolutely love your watercolors!
Hi Cynthia! You have made my day by leaving your lovely comment! What a confidence booster to have such a amazingly talented artist follow me! This gorgeous work of art reminds me of my home - do you have Eucalypts in Germany? Anyway, I am now looking forward to browsing your blog!
Ein tolles Bild - bin ganz begeistert!
